By playing Don't Post It you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, especially for purchases.
Play nice: the house rules
Don't Post It is about goofy, harmless fun with people who are in on the joke. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree to:
- Only use pics of people who are playing and who agreed to play (that's what "I'M IN" means).
- Never use nude, sexual, violent, hateful or illegal pics, or pics meant to bully or humiliate someone.
- Never harass, threaten, or bully anyone in chat, and never share someone's personal information.
- Respect a "please don't" from a friend, even if you won. It's a game, not permission to hurt someone.
You can report or block anyone from the chat (press and hold a message). We review reports and may remove content or block players who break these rules, without notice.
Your pics and posts
You keep ownership of your photos. By adding them to a game, you let us show them to the other players in that game until it ends. Collages you post to other apps are your responsibility once posted, and those apps' rules apply.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Unlocks and packs are licensed for use in the app and can be restored on your devices with Restore purchases. For refunds, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The fine print
The app is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything someone posts outside the app. We may update these terms; if you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.
